Joey's is in a section of Lynbrook with somewhat tough parking. It's facade shows it's longevity. There is an eating area that for sure needs a face-lift. Despite its age and wear, it still looks clean and sanitary. Menus are cluttered. There is a freezer with Togo foods. As I've only been once despite living in Lynbrook for almost 20 years, I've only tried the pizza. When ordering, a woman seemed to be a little short tempered as she had to break away from what seemed to be a catering order. It appeared she was wearing her pajamas. The gentleman who took my money was far more pleasant. This pie is somewhere better than domino's or dollar pizza, but below other pizzarias that would charge double. It's certainly wasn't bad, but also misses the mark for anything better than ok/fair. The sauce lacks flavor. The cheese could have been heavier. The dough was OK. It seems they use cornmeal underneath the pizza for some reason, which leaves a texture I'm personally not fond of. For $10, this isn't bad as you could feed 2 people with a pie. However, I wouldn't go out of my way for the pizza. I would return and try one of his meals which are also reasonably price.

Great food and prices! Specials every day. Very friendly owner and staff. Our favorites are the chicken and eggplant parm trays for $35.00, ready to pop in the oven.
Food is amazing, bread is handmade on premises, GREAT PRICES, such as 5 pies for $45.00, tray of eggplant, meatball or chicken cutlet parmigiana for $35.00 cold, $40.00 heated. We buy cold and heat portions in the microwave. Deliveries to 5:00 PM, service is great. Call 20 minutes before pick-up. Love Joey's food!
The pizza is priced great and taste very good. I also enjoy their garlic bread. Pepperoni isn't too salty either.
I absolutely love this place. Thank you the food is great. I am so glade my co-workers introduced me to this fantastic establishment. I no longer have to cook every day. The portion's are just enough for the 2 of us. I get the meals without the Pasta because my Husband likes spaghetti better. If you want the best ,affordable pizza in town, Joeys is the place to go! Besides pizza , his hero's, takeout dinners and his homemade bread are the Best! You definitely can't leave without taking a loaf for the way home , ( Maybe 2) one for the ride home! You , don't have these local pizza places like this anymore .

Yesterday my wife and I tried Joeys when you pull up to the establishment it's a little sketchy but it's basically like what we used to call back in the day and old school Pizza parlor very hard-working establishment a lot of to go meals frozen meals we had the pizza reminds me of old-school pizza very good awesome crust And I actually took a pie home today. We tried the frozen dinners I had the chicken cutlet Parmesan. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan and we were pleasantly surprised it was excellent both meals this of a lot of other Italian places in the area that need to close down because they're horrible but this place is pretty damn good. Keep up the great work.
